Rex Project Management handles your personal data with care. This privacy statement explains which data I process, why, for how long and what rights you have.

Who is responsible?

What data do I process and why?

Contact form, email and phone: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. I only use this data to answer your question and to prepare a possible intro call or proposal. Legal basis: legitimate interest and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Engagements: name, job title, organization, contact details and billing details of clients and contact persons. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations, such as the statutory tax retention period.

How long do I keep your data?

Messages and requests that do not lead to an engagement: no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Data needed for bookkeeping and invoicing: 7 years, in line with the statutory retention period.

Sharing with others

I never sell your data. I only share it with parties needed for my services, such as my website host (Mijndomein), email provider and accountant, or when required by law. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; Google processes technical data about your visit for this purpose.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed if you give consent through the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences.

Security

I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. The website uses a secure connection (https).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send an email to jelle.koning@rexprojectmanagement.nl. I will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
