Rex Project Management is responsible for GDPR compliance, client administration, and administration for analysis and marketing purposes. Rex Project Management is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR. Rex Project Management is responsible for all data processing on behalf of Rex Project Management, including www.rexprojectmanagement.nl.

Rex project management collects and processes personal data for client administration, agreement execution, payment collection, website operation, personalized marketing, and to comply with legal obligations.

The personal data stored by Rex Project Management is primarily used to fulfill the agreement regarding the delivery of a product and/or service by Rex Project Management. Without this data provision, Rex Project Management cannot fulfill the agreement.

Rex Project Management handles your personal data with the utmost care and makes every effort to store it securely. Any data breaches are always reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to the data subjects whose personal data may have been compromised. In the event of a data breach, Rex Project Management always takes appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of the website.

If you believe that your personal data is being used, obtained or stored incorrectly, and it is not possible for you to delete your data despite repeated requests, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time.

Rex project management stores the following personal data about you:

For the performance of the agreement for the purpose of the service provided: your name, address, postal code, city, telephone number, bank/credit card details, order number and/or e-mail address;

For paying and processing invoices: your name, address, postal code, city, location data, telephone number, bank/credit card details and/or order number;

To request a no-obligation quote: your name, address, postal code, city, telephone number, order number and/or e-mail address;

For handling questions and complaints: name, address, postal code, city, telephone number and/or e-mail address;

Personal data is never stored longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, modified, and deleted by you at any time. If photos or other images depicting natural persons are used, Rex Project Management always first requests permission from the person whose photo or image is being used. Access, modification, and deletion (including the right to be forgotten) as well as withdrawal of consent are possible by sending an unambiguous statement to info@rexprojectmanagement.nl.

Your personal data will be deleted in any case:

In the case of the performance of the agreement: 5 years after termination of the agreement for the benefit of possible future agreements, unless you have given explicit permission to store the personal data for a longer period or if the data must be stored for a longer period on the basis of a statutory regulation or provision;

In the case of paying and processing invoices: 7 years after payment of the relevant invoice, in order to comply with the legal obligation of the tax authorities;

In the case of handling questions and complaints: after the complaint has been resolved satisfactorily;

In the case of a request for a non-binding quotation: 60 days after sending the non-binding quotation;

To ensure the proper execution of the agreement, Rex Project Management may use several external parties who may also have access to your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as necessary to perform their work. Under no circumstances will personal data be used for purposes other than the work for Rex Project Management unless explicit consent has been obtained from the data subject. Data Processing Agreements apply to all external transfers of personal data.

Finally, Processor Agreements have been concluded with third parties for the purpose of executing the agreement. If processing special personal data is necessary for the execution of the agreement, your explicit consent will always be requested.

Rex Project Management is entitled to create a blacklist containing personal data of individuals who have seriously violated Rex Project Management's trust. This blacklist will be retained indefinitely and will only be accessible to a very limited group of Rex Project Management employees. The blacklist will be retained, including for future offers from Rex Project Management. In any case, individuals who, despite repeated requests, fail to meet any payment obligations of Rex Project Management will be added to the blacklist.
