International Transformation & Digitalization
Led group wide transformation initiatives across an international terminal organization with 14 terminals across Europe.
Key experience included the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, process redesign, system integrations, new ways of working and strategic decision support for senior management.
General Logistic Systems Nederland
Logistics Transformation & ERP
Led the end to end transformation of line haul operations across 15 logistics locations.
The transformation combined process redesign and standardization with the development and rollout of an in house ERP platform, from initiation through implementation and adoption.
Lidl Nederland
Real Estate, Facility Management & Projects
Worked within the national Real Estate and Facility Management function, contributing to national strategy and managing the fit out of two major office facilities from shell condition through commissioning and operational handover.
